I moved in asfter the apartments were just built. Thank god my lease was up and I was able to move out. They lure you in with cookies and a fancy apartment model. At first, it seems like a great place, and at first, it was. But things turned ugly. My car was vandalized (I realize it's not entirely thier fault but it's a bad area), and right as we were moving out(we lived in the building facing the street) they decided to put in the fences that were promised a year ago when we moved in. The management is impossible to get a hold of (always get the runaround), and the staff is poorly trained to handle anything. I have been lied to on countless occasions. Maininence leaves garbage in our apartment after repairing something, by the way, which takes them several times and phone calls to repair it correctly. Basically, if anything goes wrong when it is their responsibility, the attitude is, "not our problem". If they tell you anything, ask for it in writing or you can forget they even said it. Same prob1 Don't forget about the lack of counter space and that they were hella crooked and sloped!!
