Since the day I signed my lease, nothing has gone right with the staff or the management at The Verge. My apartment was a total shambles upon move in, and althought I fully completed a thorough maintenance request ON TIME, only 1 THING has been fixed on a list of 40 THINGS. There have been countless problems with the shuttle service, the maintenance of the property, the security gate being broken the entire semester, security on the property, the noise and the vandalism. Management doesn't do a DAMN THING.

Everything about the verge is --------. It's a manipulating tyrant of a company, taking advantage of college students and misleading them with words that are created under false pretenses.

Please do something to take this place down -- contact the Better Business Bureau of Sacramento -- put an end to this nonsense ... help fellow college students avoid the inconsistencies and malfunctions of this absurd property and it's ------ management.

I WOULD NEVER AND WILL NEVER RECCOMMEND THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX OR ANY COMPLEXES AFFILIATED WITH IT TO ANYONE.
