I am in the process of filing a lawsuit against The Verge for false advertising and fraud. Since the day my lease was signed, everything has gone wrong and the management has done nothing.

People need to be aware of how manipulative and deceitful the management and staff at this apartment complex is. No student deserves to be taken advantage of.

Avoid problems in Sacramento -- Avoid this complex!

I too will be filing a lawsuit against this complex. I've had a terrible experience dealing with them. Their "we don't care attitude" the management has was the last straw. I'm suprised more people don't take them to court, especially after reading all these reviews.

We need to all get together and file a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT, not only against THEM but their corporate as well.. Last summer I had a HELL of a time with them, finally once I caught them BREAKING the law, they had no choice but to void my lease....otherwise between my bf and I we would have lost $16,000 to them, because at the LAST minute we got into SDSU where we were DYING to go for engineering school. They would never return calls, were rude, could NEVER speak with a manager, caught them lying over the phone LEFT and RIGHT. Was once told no manager was present, they had just left...called two seconds later and oh yea lemme see if i can get one of our managers for you, i said OH?? Manager(S)? I was just told that your manage(R) had just left for and errand. They are crooks who are taking advantage of young and naive college students.
