IMPORTANT REASONS WHY THEY SUCK:
* ROOMS ARE SO SMALL...

Im only 5'1 and I sware if I stretch myself out long ways, I am almost as big as the room
* Furniture is ugly as sin
* Bed is hard as hell
* CARPET IS HIDIOUS
* Maintainence takes forever to fix
* Parking stinks
* Only like 6 guest parkings and they are always filled
* People always steal your paid covered parking
* The damn fax, copy, print machine never works
* Internet is out all the time
* Hello!! Gated community with no security patrol, where in the hell are you guys at''

PERSONAL PROBLEMS WITH THIS COMPLEX
I got locked out my apartment, BECAUSE THEY GAVE ME THE WRONG DAMN KEY!!! So, the office was still open.

I go there and although the girls are very nice, they can't do anything without the managers there, WHO LEAVE PROMPTLY AT 4:50PM...

They call the maintainence guy who said he will be there in 4 HOURS!! ARE YOU SERIOUS' IT IS 7oclock at night, So I had to pay for a damn locksmith and then THE MEAN --- MANAGER wouldn't even pay me back, BECAUSE I SHOULD HAVE WAITED...

My ---, I did not want to be out in the rain, with no cell phone or no anything...

So, management sucks...

Pool, spa and basketball court are nice, but you'd be much better off getting your butt up and going to the gym than living here for the amenities...

SORRY THIS PLACE SUCKS!
I found a great apartment down the street off of HOWE, same price, double space, almost the same amenities, and GREAT MANAGEMENT!!!
