If you have a complaint about these apartments contact this Fair Housing office 916-444-0178.
I did and I was told that they are very familiar with The Verge, being that they do receive lots of complaints.
Parents if you are looking for an apartment for your son/daughter this is not the place.
I cannot tell you what a horrible experience I've had dealing with them.
The management is terrible to deal with once your lease is signed.
If you have problems call their corporate office and speak to their regional VP 903-872-1320.
Maybe with enough complaints they might hire better management.
I would think they would want to being that everyone I have spoken to has had nothing but problems with the management, the apartments, or security.
When you read all the comments on this message board, take them very seriously, I didn't and I have regretted it.
