As I am writing this review there was just an incident where a man was shot and killed after he brandished a weapon during a standoff with police in an apartment here at the Verge. This isn't just one random event either, Sac PD practically lives here and has made the Verge part of the patrol routes due to the high level of crime. If that's not enough for you this place is extremly overpriced when compared to other apartments in Sacramento and everything in the apartments from the furniture to the appliences, are of the cheapest quality around. When something does stop working (which it will) don't count on maintance as they usually don't show up for months after your complaint was made. I could go on and on about this place, but I think you get the point. Avoid this place like the plague and find somewhere else to live.

is this place really that bad? is it scary do people really get shot! and killed are the Sac PD really there alot? is it safe if youre a girl?
