haha...u can really tell the difference when the verge staff writes "good" reviews for their apt compared to REAL reviews. Read the review below mine..it is from a verge staff member. the review states that the management is doing everything in its power to keep the students safe..YEA RIGHT!!! because is that staff really cared, then that shooting would have not taken place b/c they would have had a better security team that would have prevented it and they would put up a real fence that requires a key to get in instead of a fence that allows anyone to come in and also a security team that doesnt live at AM/PM. The verge is overly priced, the maintenence does take a LONG time. no real tenent would write a review saying that the staff and the place is great. Also, the furniture is very cheap and break easily. how does the dinner table crack almost in half because of some groceries on top of it. the table was crap to begin with. I had to break my lease because this place is retarded. For prospective residence, please, i repeat please look for another apt. there are way cheaper apts in sacramento. And for current residents, dont get tricked into renewing your lease like i did.

This is a true review and if anyone has issues its because they live here and and have to suffer... OOO and i'm not fat or stupid maybe its just the pot calling the kettle black in that previous response... as a current residnet I WISH i could get kicked out then i wouldnt have to live in this hell hole anymore...

i have lived in many apts. and this complex and staff members are by far the worst i have ever had to deal with. during the time i lived their, there was a shooting and my car got broken into. the management has no idea what they are doing and i don't know how they got their jobs. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!
