Not the best Staff

Well, i've lived here for almost 4 months, and so far it hasent been the best time here.
The staff is a bunch of bimbo's who have never worked in Property Management before, and only work a few hours a day a few days a week, so no one knows what's going on there.
No matter how many messeges you leave there, no one ever calls you backs.
It's almost like they take your messege and then throw it away.
The manager James is NEVER there, or if he is, he's hiding from everyone.
And when i do come to speak with someone, the only responce they have to ANYTHING you say is "Let me take you number and we'll call you back"...they never do....ever.
When i first moved in, my apartment wasent even cleaned.
Still filthy from the last resident.
I had to clean the place myself.
The maintenace is Horrible, they never do anything, i've had work orders not done for 4 months.
The gates are always open.
This is my fourth apartment i've lived in and i've never had such idiots work in an office at one time.
I have family and friends in Property Management, i know how this is suppose to go, and this is not it in the slightist.
If anyone in Management of this complex is reading this, Fire everyone, the maintance, the girls and even James...and hire a new team, people who have done this kind of work before.
Someone who isent scared to turn this place around.
Aside from all that.It's nice to have Free internet, cable and water.
But i would rather pay for all of that in order to get a better staff who cares about their residents.
I dont hear much noise from other people, the parking is...okay...
but at least i can find a spot near my place.
The property looks nice on the outside but should be kept a little better.
The safty has not been a problem for me yet, but by seeing the area and the hoodlums who are always walking around i can see why it's not the safest.
