Nice. Nice and frustrating.

The facility grounds are clean, modern and quiet, and the attempt at a resort vibe (white sand volleyball court etc) and community feeling (activities and obnoxious promotions almost daily) are commendable... but the good doesn't outweigh the bad.
Experiences with the disorganization of the management and staff negate everything good so far... My friends and I moved in on the same day; three of us got information packets in the mail after lease signing, I never got anything, and NONE of us got the notification that we had to sign up for gas and electric accounts before move-in.
They thought my roommate and I were one person and had signed "us" up for everything using my first name and her last, causing them to place me and my roommate in a room designed for one person and gave my friends keys to an apartment that turned out to already have people living in their room.
I left on vacation and they moved me again; when I returned a week later we were in a bigger room but I was informed that the key to my new apartment was not done yet. Everything I have is inside the apartment but I can only get to it when my roommate is home until my key's ready in a week.
Staff and groundskeepers are residents who are poorly organized and, while they are friendly and try their best, are poorly informed and never able to solve anything on the spot. The person I need to speak to is always out and only comes in while I'm at work.
The free tv and internet, pool, etc., are nice perks but I'm constantly encountering problems.
