my roomate and i were lead to believe that it was a brand new apartment by the management when in fact it was only remodelled (and a poor job at that).
the first apt we were assigned had a squatter with a pit bull living there, and only after making a scene in front of potential rentors were we issued another unit.
the apt is smack dab in between a highway and a wood chipping plant, so dont expect any peace and quiet, not to mention the hourly locomotive flying by.

i was recently called to active duty in the military and they refuse to break my lease regardless of the soldier sailor act stating they must do so.

now i have to get a JAG lawyer to fight them in court and avoid potential litigation against me while i am away.

dig a hole, live in a box, but for the LOVE OF GOD do not live in this --------.
