This is a horrible place to live. There are nine guest parking spaces for thirteen three story buildings. If you dont have a parking permit you have to park in guest parking or out on 4th street (unsafe). They have appartments being broken into all the time along with cars. Managment sucks and is very rude along with the security (who might i add is borrowed from Sac State. gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7
