The parking for guests is HORRIBLE!! My friend has had their catalytic converter chopped off while parked right in front of the complex (because there is virtually NO guest parking), he has had his window broken to get into his car, and when a previously marked "guest" spot suddenly changed to "Office" parking, he was towed within an hour...the manager and the towing company have a huge SCAM going on!! Maintenance also is horrible!!!
