While its convient to transportation and school the apartments are tiny. The so called one bedroom is more like a junior studio with only a wall partition seperating the bed. It was completely misrepresented.

Management SUCKS!!! They can never answer questions and they can't seem to do anything. The door to our laudry room closet thing was falling off, when we talk to the office they said they would fix it. When they did, three weeks and five phone calls later, it was a bad job.

Plus we, as we have heard happening to others, also were not told we had to set up SMUD prior to move in.
