CALL THE POLICE DEPARTMENT AND THEY CAN TELL YOU ABOUT ALL THE BAD THINGS ABOUT THIS PLACE! Even if you don't read this whole thing, do that.
I don't feel safe living here after what happened to my neighbor. My neighbor's apartment got broken into. They stole everything they could get their hands on, including shower curtains and toilet paper! The robbers got caught, but the weird thing was that they stashed everything in a vacant apartment under them. The apartment was vacant, but they somehow got in and were living there. The weird part was that there was no sign on breaking a lock or window or anything like that. They had to break in to my neighbor's apartment though. Sounds fishy to me. And you know this place isn't safe when people can live in a vacant apartment and no one even knows about it!
This place is gated, but they are never locked! Some are even broken! The management keeps saying that they will fix them and have higher security at night, but that never happened. It was all talk. There is a "security shed" at the front gate where there is supposed to be a guard, but no one is ever there. If the front gate is closed, there is a code to get in, but if you don't know the code, you can just wait until someone opens it and go in.
Sure this place can be "fun." There are events and what not, but that is the only thing they care about. They want you to have fun so you stick around in this crap hole. They use it to cover up all the bad things that happen here. The people that say this place is great hasn't had bad things happen to them or a friend. If only the management put as much effort into the safety of this place as they do in planning these stupid events... this place could be half decent.
If you don't believe me about how terrible this place is, just call the police department and you can find out about all the crimes that happened here. I got an ear full from the detective I talked to. If you ask the management they would just tell you something like "It could happen anywhere" or "Criminals aren't specifically targeting us" but they are! This place isn't safe and no one gives a crap about you! I can't wait until my lease is up.
