I HAVE LIVED @ THE VERGE FOR 2 YEARS AND JUST RENEWED FOR ANOTHER YEAR.

THIS PLACE HAS CHANGED ALOT DUE TO NEW MANAGEMENT OVER THE LAST COUPLE YEARS.

OTHER THAN THAT, ANY BREAK INS OR INCIDENTS I HAVE FOLLOWED UP WITH ON THIS PROPERTY ACCORDING TO THE POLICE, ARE ALWAYS FRIENDS OF THE PEOPLE OR SOMEONE'S CRAZY EX BOYFRIEND! THIS PROPERTY IS IN A GREAT LOCATION FOR LIVING AND GOING TO SAC STATE AND I HAVE FOUND ALL OF THE PROPERTY'S SERVICES HELPFUL.

IF U CANNOT AFFORD IT, I WOULD NOT SUGGEST LIVING HERE BECAUSE I HAVE HAD FRIENDS WHO HAVE BEEN KICKED OUT DO TO NON PAYMENT...BUT WAT DO YOU EXPECT.

THE PROPERTY MANAGER IS IN HER 20s but as many times as I HAVE BEEN IN TO REQUEST OR ASK ABOUT SOMETHING SHE HELPS.

MY B/F WAS TOWED FOR NOT HAVING A PERMIT AND WE WERE UPSET ABOUT THAT, BUT IT WAS A 240 LOSS THAT WE HAD TO TAKE.
