i have soo many complaints i dont know where to begin!! my bedroom window was broken into by some of the football players that all live there. ohh not once BUT TWICE! i was harassed and degraded by them and when i approached management the were very reproachful and didnt want to be bothered by me. they yelled at me in the office and in front of EVERYONE standing there for no reason. when i asked them to please move into a private office to discuss my information and case they yelled even more. my roomate got pregnant and was drinking and doing drugs then she told the management i was a terrible roomate and my boyfriend was "threatening" her (total lie) and when i approached management about terminating my lease they laughed and yelled some more and took her side for some free chicken down the road!! the office people are very immature and the management is a joke! its not worth the hastle for the conveniance of the shuttle to sac state! just park down the road and take it! save your money and your life!! i felt so scared walking to my car every night that i would have a neighbor come with! if you live by a gate kiss sleep goodbye because it bangs very loudly every time someone leaves or enters. the security partys with the local drug dealers that hang out there WITH LOADED WEAPONS!! there were several shootings while i lived there. i ended up moving out before my lease was up and paying two rents because i felt so unsafe there. please do NOT LIVE HERE!! there are plenty of nicer places around like "the falls" or "lincoln place" even "cottage bell' is better than here. but if your looking for the college night life this may be the place for you if you can handle the crime and shootings! mantinance is good since they got rid of the weirdo with glasses!

I believe it, I lived in the Verge for 6 months and it was the worst time of my life. NEVER EVER LIVE THERE!! You will regret it
