This apartment complex is so bad. I've lived here for a year and I will NEVER live here again. The security is a joke, the management is nice but everything has to be taken to corporate. The computer lab is a joke with sub par equipment, the weight room is a joke as well. If you like to do ALL your lifts on machines than it's your heaven. About two or three dumbbells left to use. The security is a ------ when I mean ------, I mean they don't have enough people to secure the complex. Only TWO people..wow that's a real help. There are a lot of thefts and if your stuff gets stolen don't expect the complex or security to help. Ohh if you live on the second or third floor good luck getting a quiet nights sleep. You can FEEL/HEAR everything from the person below you..expect to be awoken by the bass of the music from below. The list goes on and on people..p.s. you have to split utilities so if you pay the utilities that means you have to divide the amount but have to COLLECT from the other roommates. This place sucks, go rent somewhere else...and the speed bumps blow.---I know this is long but I don't want someone to move in and be hit in the face with ----. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO LIVE..

I agree. The reason why this apartment complex is called THE ELEMENT, is because the place was bought off by another company. It used to be called THE VERGE so look up ratings for THE VERGE. Security is not helpful. There are some nights where security isn't even on duty. People here are disgusting and disrespectful. If you love hearing people arguing or having sex, then this is the place for you. Every one here is stuck up and inconsiderate. Never ever live here. Find somewhere better. The people that work in the office are people that actually live there. So of course they have to tell you good things about this place. I hate this place. Unfortunately, I have to live here one more year before moving out.
