Love this place moving back in From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/21/2008 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2004   i lived here 4 years ago and loved it but moved into my husbands duplex when we got engaged. Now where he lives has gone down hill and we need a bigger place anyway so we've moved back in. I still love this place and now so does he. Pet deposit is a little high, $350 for each pet, but worth it! Place is not overrun with cats like that other reviewer stated, the cat problem that was here, several years ago, was because of a neighboring apartment complex that wouldn't take care of their problem. Complex is very queit, mostly long term older residence, everyone is nice including the manager Gretchen. Very wooded, like a park, lots of parking, safe street, few kids if any (so no screaming or pool hogging) Units are older but very well maintained and they are huge, not sure of the sq.ft. but the biggest 1 bedrooms I've seen in sac! There is so much I could add, I hope this helps!
