I love living here! It is super quiet. There are mostly elderly people and everyone is very nice. I have only ever seen a few kids there. They are very pet friendly. It is nice to turn off of hectic Marconi Avenue and it is peaceful, birds flying, squirrels everywhere.. Plus it is walking distance to SaveMart, Trader Joe's, Starbucks, and Jamba Juice (the tenants get a key to the side gate)! The pool is quiet and there is hardly anyone ever there. My only complaint is the laundry situation. I have had times where I am doing laundry and I am all of 5 minutes late getting down there to change it and somebody took my soaking wet clothes out of the washer and put them on the counter.. And one of the dryers are always broken so it's first come first serve.. Just make sure you are there on time!! But all in all it is an awesome place to live..
