Be advised this is a very old apartment complex. You can hear what goes on up and downstairs. Its annoying. A few of the leasing agents, (and I wont name any names but I will tell you one of their names starts with a LORI!), are kind of rude and unprofessional. Other than that and the fact that the upstairs aparments are very poorly insulated, its a nice community. Lots of nice old folks. Well, some of them are rude too but thats to be expected. Dont plan on having any big parties though. As a matter of fact dont have small ones either. They dont like that. Its relativley quiet and feels very safe. Its like an oasis in the desert considering its right smack in the middle of the ghetto. Its not a place I would want to live more than a year or two but its a nice place to hang your hat.

This apartment community is NOT in the middle of the ghetto and the office staff is more than professional and very friendly and helpful. They have many residents that have lived there for 10 years! Wonderful and well-taken care of, this reviewer must have gotten in trouble for having a party and is just being spiteful.
