Nice place, Management sucks!

We have lived here for more than 2 years and Have always seemed to be singled out several times For things we have not done.
Our car has been broken into 3 times in less than 1 year. Management refuses to have full time security. Security here is nothing but degenerates and just walk the complex for 15 minutes and then go back out to the shopping center, Because Mr. Taylor is more concerned about that property (owned by the same owners).
I had my car tagged for not having my car moved in my Covered spot and because the Lawn guys did work, got my car dirty and I was tagged to have it cleaned or towed. Yet there is a RED Eclipse that has been sitting in a uncovered spot for over 2 months and hasn't moved, with expired tags. Same people that own that car had another car that was filthy beyond belief, Yet no pink notice for them.
We have broken tiles in our kitchen and maintenance still has not came and fixed it, been over a year. My daughters hand fell thru the wall (She is 2yrs old) walking down the stairs.
The carpets are cheap and get dirty even with pure water. Our's are stained and we have been in this unit for over a year and washed it multiple times.
Charity is a doll, she is very sweet and helpful. However, while she was gone. The manager taking over was rude and unprofessional.
Parking is a joke, on weekends this place fills up like its a nightclub. Cant park where there are no white lines, next to a curb. So I have been told and threatened to be towed, YET people park in unmarked areas all the time and never get a warning letter.
This complex is quiet and nice, but if you are young, the old people and management like to single you out.
