This is a great place to live, located near shopping centers and freeways. The staff is professional and very nice. The maintenance guys are also professional and usually get the problem fixed the same day, if not then it's the very next day. I highly recommend these apartments. The last review is obviously from someone who wasn't abiding by the rules and got caught.

I posted the last review and wasnt doing anything to get caught. It was my wife and my first born daughter, then my second daughter was born. Yes it is a nice place to live, but management did suck when charity left. You could ask around, It was mentioned by many people living there.
With you refering probably to the car being tagged. It wasnt a rule being broken its called working 12 hours a day and using my second car and someone complained about it. I thought it was funny.
Every one has different opinions and results from things in like. You can not judge, yes the russian guys are nice. But they were overwelmed with jobs to do and did not fix my tiles. They then tried to take it out of my deposit, they know they were wrong and game me my money back.
It is a nice place and as long as charity is there I would recommend it. But not for a family with young babies. My neighbors were all old cranky people and did not like babies crying. When I say we were singled out, its because I talked to the owner and informed him that he should take better care with security. He didnt like it and didnt want to spend the extra money on more night time security.
