I lived here for over 5 years and the shining star of this place is the maintenance crew. Very knowledgeable, courteous, and very prompt. Most issues were fixed the same day, and larger issues were taken care of within a reasonable amount of time.
Quality of management has fluctuated some over the years, but with few exceptions (we all have bad days) they've been considerate and respectful.
The only real pest problem I ever experienced was with crickets, but having cats meant the crickets never lived very long once inside.
I never had my car or apartment broken into while living there, but I know that there were some issues for some people.
It's a very quiet complex, lots of retired folks live there so noise was never an issue. My neighbors were wonderful people, private but friendly.
I'd definitely recommend Village Green to those looking for a nice, gated place to live.
