I just recently moved into this beautiful community of luxury apartments. The grounds are impressive throughout and the design and theme of the buildings fit in well with the climate of Northern California. Management and staff have researched and accounted well for the preferences of the residents. For example, the staff work diligently to meet special requests if not already available. Indeed, the rules and policies of the community can be fit on a Roman scroll; however they are all purposeful and meant to maintain the property and enhance the visual appeal. In addition, you feel safe and secure on the grounds. The property is well manicured and well lit after hours.

The biggest perks in living at the Villagio are as follows:
- full workout gym and cardio theater
- tropical pool and jacuzzi layout
- business center complete with printer, fax, phone, and internet access
- gated secure access
- staff available 7 days a week
- a 3 minute walk to ARCO ARENA - GO KINGS!
- immediate access to major highways and market centers

In sum, if you place a premium on first-rate service, floor plans that exceed the average design, and on a safe and polished community then the Villagio is simply where you must be!
