Seems good at first but things change after move-in

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005
The first time I was ever allowed to view my apartment was on the day of move in and I could not believe the condition of the apartment. There were broken drawers, missing door knobs, exposed wires hanging out of the ceiling and an oder of mildew from the freshly "cleaned" carpet. This was terrible but what could I do. I had already rented the UHAUL and gotten friends to help me move in.
I tried to get maintenance to fix the problems but they were never available. It took three weeks to fix all of the original problems with the apartment.
After that other things have begun to fall apart. Also the staff at the Villagio is very fake acting. They say that they will help you and then do nothing. I even contacted FPI Management Inc which is the management company in charge of the Villagio and they were just as disrespectful and uncaring as the office staff.
Long story short, This place is overpriced for such a basic apartment and the biggest regret of my life. I will not renew my lease with the Villagio and I will never rent an apartment from FPI Management Inc.
