Beautiful landscaping and very nice (at first) rental agents don't cover up what is underneath!
The pest problem is quite bad with field bugs, and the wasps in the summer are a nightmare. Your requests to have anything fixed or any pests taken care of will go unheard no matter how much you complain or otherwise. If you get stung it will still be ignored. Most of the gates have broken knobs and those will be ignored to be fixed as well. Might I remind you that trying to get into a gate that doesn't open while possibly being attacked by a snake or person will cause you to lose.
The parking here is awful and the apartments aren't even half full! Your neighbors will show you a great deal of disrespect by parking in front of your garage so you can't get in with their vehicles or their moving trucks. You also have to pay and extra dollar amount for a garage. They also park in the "Car Wash Only" spot.
There are a few positive points though, they are relatively quiet and they keep the exterior reasonably clean. You will pay an arm and a leg to live here so if you can afford it, my suggestion would be you can find a better place to live for your hard earned dollars. The appliances are the most inexpensive I am sure they could find and they use the cheapest paint.
