Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
First, immediately disregard the 5/5 reviews about this place, they are clearly written by the management! Here's what to expect if you live here:
1)after move in date, the office staff will become completely difficult and uncaring.
2)your car will probably get broken into at least 2 times (security gate my @ss)
3)expect to be woken up at 6am everyday (including weekends) as the property is completely surrounded by noisy construction
4)promises to complete maintenance are never fulfilled (lived here a regretful 15 months and the first invoice that we submitted on day one is still yet to be fixed)
5)just found legal suit on-line where the property management is being sued for not returning security deposits.
ITS YOUR CHOICE! THERE ARE MANY MORE CHOICES!
