I have lived here for almost a year now, and i have had no problems in my apartment at all. I love it and i dont want to move, matter of fact i will probably renew my lease for the second time when my current lease expires. Maintenance is not an issue, they are coutrious and are very helpful. You have to remember that they are busy everyday and have tons of work orders to fulfill each day. All the things that i have had maintenance issues with have beed fix or attended to on a timely manner. The office staff is usually very nice and professional. I love Crystal she is always taking care of everything that i need. So to all of you that do not like your home here, to bad. I think its a bunch of BS! You probably had 1 bad experience and now you try to make it seem like you have to put the apartments down by writing a bad review and you sound like a fool.

Hmmm...Does this sound like perhaps management wrote this? Given the poor spelling and grammar, I would venture to say Crystal wrote this all by herself! Perhaps it was one of the many male "friends" she has in the complex either living here or on staff? I can't wait to get out of this ghetto!

Actually this is not management! I knew people would think this just becasue you all are so bitter. Just because you are having problems dosnt mean we all have to have issue with this place. You are so stupid! You fool! And stay out of other peoples business. Loser!

I am a prospective tenant at Villagio and have been given excellent service from Krystal-- not once, but twice. She always has a smile on her face and she is very enthusiastic! She is a big reason why I hope to move to Villagio soon!

I don't live in these particular apartments, but I have posted reviews on apartmentratings.com before and I've got to say that funyhoney916, what's your problem with people posting their opinions about where they live? That's what this website is for! People are supposed to post their opinions, rather they're good, bad, or in between. There's no need to resort to the kindergarten method of insulting people, and quite frankly, reading the bad (and good) reviews makes me want to stray far from this place. There seems to be a lot of infighting amongst the residents and staff and that's a huge turn off.
