Hi,

I had to vacate a month and half before (January 3, 2008)my lease term (February 15, 2008). After speaking to the ------- in the apartment office, I agreed to pay rent until the end of my lease, honoring my contract. I also asked them if they can come to my apartment before vacating for final inspection. This conversation was spoken on December 28, 2007. Both the apartment -------, ----, and the ----. ------- ---------------- agreed to do a walk through on the 3rd. Today (the 3rd), when I request them to come for a walk through, they tell me that they cannot do that since my lease ends on February 15. They told me that they were "unaware" of the procedures on December 28, 2007. This cleary leads me to believe that Villagio apartments does not want to do a walk through with me, so that they can claim the deposit entirely.

I'm extremely disappointed with the service and dishonesty with the -------s at Villagio Appartments, in Sacramento, CA (Natomas Area). They claim to be unaware of the procedures, except at the 11th hour of my departure.

Please be careful before you sign the lease

I used to live there, too, and made the same experience. They are quite good at talking, but don't want to listen to you at all. They a well aware of all the procedures as long as it is to their benefit. Amnesia might appear on other cases. They are maximizing their profits and take everything they can from you, no matter for how long you lived there and always paid your rent in time.
