Villagio Apartments

Okay, but not the best. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/14/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008   I have lived here for over a year. While the apartment is cute and spacious, I have a couple of issues. The first being that they didnt inform us that we would have to pay water, sewer and garbage. It is only about $30 a month but the fact that they don't tell you that I think is bad bsuienss practice. Also, after our lease was up they informed us that if we did not sign another lease, we would be charged the market rent plus $100 "month to month" fee. I understand paying the market rent price, but $100 on top of that' Kind of stingy to do that to a loyal resident. Third, the parking is atrocious. You have to get home at 3pm and not leave your house again to get a decent parking spot. My advice is to get a garage! And lastly, forget about the concierge service! Even if they would do services for you, they hardly ever answer the phone and are frequently out of the office. All in all, this apartment was fine, but I can't wait to move!!
