Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008
 
Apartment was spacious and good utilies and not bad staff. Though unlucky to see mice (15 of them) in 1 yr. I stayed there for 3 years and overall it was good until I issued notice to vacate. They charged me heavily for the repaint, cleaning etc. I didnt expect that. Somehow they charge more than the deposit. We used to keep the apt very clean still they charged me heavily which there was no genuine reason.
