In my opinion I would not live here. I lived there for 15 months and management is worthless when it comes to making your living conditions just bearable. I don't know if they figured since I was in my early twenties I wouldn't mind living in a building with people my age. WRONG! First of all, I was making the move from 4 hours away, when I traveled down to sign the lease they had asked me what color and room I wanted my one wall painted. I chose a color for the living room wall. On the day I drove down uhaul, family for help and all, they told me that woops! the maintenance guy not only painted the wall in the wrong room but also the wrong color. I had a hideous color in my master bedroom, they offered to repaint it, but they knew that I couldn't just go home and wait a couple days to move in. The painted wall was dirty as well. It was clear that they had never repainted the wall from the previous tenant, just gave me the story about it being the wrong wall. The first night in the apt my mother and I stayed and I ended up having to call the cops at 3 in the morning. there is supposedely a 24hr quite hour, not here!
I had numerous different tenants above me throughout the year (I was on the 2nd floor) and I called the office at least 20-30 times at 2-5 in the morning. There was at least 4 different times the guys upstairs puked off thier balcony which landed on the terrace of mine and the apt just never came to clean it up. I'm sure it is still there baking in the sun. They would throw glass beer bottles and condoms down onto the grass and parking area. The complex told me to call the cops when it got bad. I did numerous times and the apt never did anything about it. This wasn't just little parties. The music would be blasting! and the master bedroom is by the stairs so all night you hear people running up and down the metal stairs
Below me there were no apartments just a garage, I would be woken up in the middle of the night constantly from somebody coming home and opening their garage door. Parking of course was an absolute nightmare and there were tons of cars that didn't even run that took up parking spots! And as for the deposit, I spent hours cleaning before I moved, and the apt was ALWAYS clean when I lived there (thanks to being OCD) and I cleaned my carpets monthly with my own machine. Don't expect to get much of anything from your deposit when you move out no matter how hard you clean! Oh and ants!! expect those they are everywhere and all the apt will tell you is that that is part of living in natomas!
