hello,ive here comfortable the last three years ,but management has change and there is no manger on sight and a lot ofproblem are arising,the regional manger is very rude and you hear her yelling at the maintians men begreatingthem like take a keyand yell this is a key you put it intothe lock she treats spanish poeple and africian american like second class poeple , you have all kinds of people coming in the gates because thecode is given out, there is a child malerster living here and on the next street over three are many malester living close by a oldman walking around looking into apartments and telling women inapropperate things, since new mangers have taken over its getting worse live here , im a tentant and im moving because your going to have to start paying coverparking and have to have your car washed if not the tow truck will haul it off ,rumar has it that mexician and ------- americn are not welcome and shelter plus may have to move , there is a lot of changes coming and many poeple are not happy liveing here the maintins men are beening letgo because they speak spanish ,so my recomdation is find a place were they care about the tentants and will listen and work with them , it used tobe a safy place but now you got drug dealers comingin and prositutionand lots of traffic at night , once again there is no mangers on sight so if problems arise there is noone here to handle the problems , there was a fight last night and no oneresponded and other problem arouse, maintians cant have access tokeys if a fire breaks out because no one on sight , so 15 tentant are getting to ready move were it is safe to raise a family i hate to move but i want tobe safe and want my children safe ,there are lots of drugs coming in and pot being smoked and meth being sold here now ,i seen a increase in the last week, here and you can ask for the code to gate and enter any time weather your a tentant or not
