Are your serious? How can your concerns be met when management is not on-site. Get out of that bubble you call home and see what crap is going on after 6pm. Kids riding bikes all over the place, hope they knock your --- over. And that beer belly bikini wearing blonde, having sex in the pool with children watchin. Are you concerned with that? Do you have children? Sure management is taking in all your concerns from the office. SHE IS NOT HERE AFTER 6PM. Wake up and smell the flowers, oh wait, the kids are tearing those up too. Are your concerns met when you know that meth and other drugs are being sold from the GREAT place you live? I don't recommend this place at all, that is why alot of people are moving out. Prior management cared about our safety and were always there, no matter what. They addressed the issue. Now you see dumpster divers in and out of this place, people who don't live here have the code to get in the gate thanks to new manager. She is welcoming because she wants the rent paid on time. Are you paying your rent on time? Watch out if you don't! Look and listen, pay attention to your surroundings and then talk about your concerns being addressed. Don't judge a book by its cover. I hate to see what happens on the 4th of JULY when management is NOT here. Hope this place does not go up in smoke.

I am sorry but I agree with whoever responded to your post. You must be new because the old managers were a lot better at running this apartmet complex, they cared about their tenants, listened and if you had to pay rent late they worked with you because lets be honest, ---- sometimes happens. Now the new managers are rude, they talk down to you and treat you like scum when you have to be a little late on rent. I agree, the kids are running wild, they scream and tear up everything and no one is doing anything. Tenants that have been here for years are being disrespected by the new managers like crazy.
A lot of good residents are leaving, it was really not in this apartment complexs best interest to get rid of old management and pull in the people that are now running this place. It is a mess here and hopefully things start changing for the better soon again.
