Been here for awhile. Management changed, no problem. That's the way things go. Buttttt, when addressing concerns regarding safety , I was dismissed. Lease up in a couple of months and considering moving due to drinking and noise after 10 pm and more of a lax attitude towards the sense of community. But not just that. There is a man here who was on maintenance staff who made sexual advances towards lots of women here in complex including myself. He's married to a sickly woman. Once this man was fired, he was allowed to stay here (which should be against policy), because the wife is sick. Why that happened, I don't know. He has a reputation. What about those of us who minded our own business who paid our rent on time. New management talks to hear herself and it was all about her and her fancy words. If things get worse, one of the neighbors thinks we should call Curtis. I am out of here.
