New management

So we have been living here for a few years and when we first moved in we had a few problems but nothing major and they were eventually worked out. Lou and Rebecca had been here for a long time and even though Rebecca wasnt the warmest manager ever, she worked with the tenants and was polite. A few problems that the apartment has always had is maintenance, it takes a few times of asking before they finally send a maintenance guy over and if you only speak english then it is very hard to talk to the maintenance guys. The after hours emergency line is ansered by a guy that only speaks spanish, so half of the time his son has to translate. The other thing is they were bad at notifying you when maintenance was happening, they shut off my power one day and only gave one hour notice to the fact that they were shutting it off for maitenance reasons for the day. Other then that we have lived here comfortably with no major problems, neighbors were nice and like I said Lou and Rebecca worked with you when there was problems or you were going to be late on rent.
Now there are new managers.. which we understand change happens. What I can't understand is why they brought in the managers they did. The older manager barely talks to you and when she does talk to you she is rude. The younger one interupts you and is kinda a know it all. Both ladies are rude and don't work with you once so ever. When you approach them about problems they brush you off like your not important and the younger one has a habit of talking down to residents. Occupancy is the lowest I have ever seen, a lot of people moved when Lou and Rebecca left due to the new managers. There are these new weird rules, rent is being raised and they no longer accept bigger dogs. It is really sad to see a good apartment complex get so ruined by new management. A lot of our neighbors who have been here for awhile also are unhappy with how they are being treated and are talking about leaving once their leases are up. We are also talking about moving if something doesn't change soon. The new apartment managers should probably rethink how they treat their residents, especially those of us that have been here for a long time. They might want to start acautly listening to their tenants because this business is really based on word of mouth. We currently would not suggest this apartment complex any longer, when about six months ago we were suggesting it to our friends, hopefully some changes are made because we would rather not have to move.

This is so true, and now you have vandalism problems and when you express this to the new younger manager she tells you that you should have had renters insurance, which in fact doesnt cover that at all. The new management is rude and doesnt live on site so they have no idea what kind of people "lurk" here at night. Don't be fooled by the security cameras they're "supposed" to have because the management themselves said it was a bogus camera and they were in the process of taking them out. NEVER would I recommend these apartments to ANYONE...

Yes, there is such a noise problem and the managers do not do a thing. I am getting ready to move out as soon as my lease is up. These managers are rude and do not know what customer service is.
