Noisy, Car Theft.

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
Very noisy. Management company owns scores of buildings. On site manager powerless. Rents by week or month. Some very transient tenant population. Car theft a problem. Cloths stolen from laundry room late at night.
