Plain and simple, if you need quick, affordable, furnished housing - no muss, no fuss - this is the place for you. The management staff are fantastic, and so long as you show them adequate respect, will grow to know you by first name and treat you accordingly. The grounds are very well kept, and the majority of the residents understand what it means to be quiet. The only real exception would be the weekend children at the pool - but if you can't stand children playing, maybe you have other issues than housing. One of the managers patrols the property so extensively, he can generally give you a brief run-down on the life & times of any given resident - which contributes to the safe atmosphere.
