NIGHTMARE

This place was a nightmare. With in one month of moving in to this place we sadly came to realize what a terrible place it was to live. The office staff was nice until we signed the lease and moved in, as it seems that the staff of most horrible places are. The children of the complex had no supervision, most of the them admitted that their parents werent even home and that they had not sitter or anything. They would get on top of cars, splash mud on cars and even spray paint buildings and patios. I couldnt let our preschool aged daughter play on the playground with me because it was full of teenagers smoking pot and drinking all day and night.. Security and maintenance were a joke. When we called security on a group outside of our apartment for smoking a crack pipe on the stairs we watched and security never came, we called back to them and the sheriffs department and neither of those showed either...When we told management they said oh yeah they smoke up all the time over there, best bet is to stay in your apartment and avoid it.
During the summer the pool was nasty and cloudy and full of kids unattended from our apartment complex and others in the neighborhood. The final straw was when the sheriffs raided with a goverment agency for the fourth time in 8-9 months on the same building across from ours for a meth operation where people were cooking it and selling it...
I would not recommend this place to anyone with children, and to anybody else unless it was a last ditch effort...there are much better places for the money they charge..when we left the rent on a two bed, one bath was 800...
