I have never written an apartment review before, but this absolute mess of a place inspired me to do so now. This is the worst apartment I have ever lived in. staff are horribly rude and unhelpful and many maintenance issues. I have spoken to many of my neighbors and not a single one is happy living here.

It is not safe here; there are many drug dealing and prostitution activities in this community.

Security is ZERO; I have to put chair behind the entrance door every night to feel a bit safer. By the way, my car got stolen here about 3 weeks ago.

A FRIENDLY ADVICE: DO NOT MOVE HERE, IT IS A TRAP!

I know how you feel I live here now and I regret moving here in the first place. Maintenance sucks and the office staff are rude and lazy there is alot of prostitution and drugs going on and its not safe. My nieghbor right next to me has surveliance camaras and there is no safety or privacy. These apartments are a joke and I cant wait to move out.

This placed seemed nice at first. I moved in and enjoyed the $99 deposit. I noticed an eviction notices on many doors here and thought it was due to the economy. I have learned they have a scam going on. You move in for only $99 because it's no hassle to give people money back when they get kicked out. Then if you are 1 to 4 days late on your rent they serve you with a 3 day notice. This is even if you can make the rest of the payment in a couple of days! When you resolve the problem you have a legal bill of $700 for you to pay the office back. They tell you if you pay your rent and don't pay the legal fee they will take your rent and put it towards the legal fee. You must put on your rent money order or cashiers check "For Rent Only Month of _______!" They you do have to pay the amount back if you dont they also evict you! There are many drug deals in the parking lots and loud music from people hanging in cars! The staff seemed nice at first, but once your in they smile but are rude!! They all know what they are doing and keep a job by screwing people out of a place to live.

Yeah they run a scam, from the Crackheads to the Pill Poppers to the "high maintenance prostitutes". They do not care about their tenants, management sits on their fat asses and complains about people that do nothing just trying to live their lives because they have the unfortunate problem of Having to Live there. You are absolutely right, they are used to dealing with dumber than dirt tenants so they can pull that crap on them but if those same tenants sued their butts off, maybe top management would get a hint and start cleaning up Dodge overthere. I am surprised every apartment does not have a red light from the upper story, from the 15 year nosy ass blonde with the marroon hair, to the fat crackhead with the survellance cameras, to the Pimp type maintenance people. You would do the watercrest a favor, if you set your apartment on fire before you left.

haha I totally understand these apartments are messed up along with there fat manager shea humpreys who sits on her fat ass and just serves innocent people 60 day notices for no reason and shea if you read this just wanted to let you know your big fat ugly cow haha love ciara mendez apartment 42
