This is low income housing! What do you expect to see! Kids do not look well kept and some are so young walking around here they need a parent. They are roaming around looking lost. The gates are always broken and people blast there music all hours (In Cars!) People hang out in the parking lots all hours and sell drugs here! Some people may not go outside and see what is going on, but real is real! This place sucks! They should low the pricing if they intend on keeping people. The rent is what got me thinking it was a nice place. It is so high!! They offer to paint a wall, but I don't know why so many other things need to be fixed in the apartment its awful. I started my lease and the washer and dryer didn't work nor did my dishwasher for weeks! PEOPLE BE WARNED GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!

The property is ghetto, the management is a joke. I hate it here and plan on getting out as soon as possible! Things are always broken, drugs are being sold, people are being prostituted. You try to inform management and they don't care. The managers response to me was, "I don't live here" Yeah well.....I know why.
