There are so many things wrong with this apartment complex, it is hard to know where to start. I agree with most of the other comments that have been made.

To be fair, the maintenance staff, specifically J.R., is great. The management, however, is not responsive at all, and can be downright rude and dismissive. Sally, in particular, would benefit from a customer service course or two or three.

The grounds are beautiful, but I know of several major break-ins that happened (in the day time!) during the short time that I lived there. The "health club" is poorly maintained; half the time the equipment did not work, or was so grimey that I didn't want to use it.

My upstairs neighbors were always doing laundry at midnight or early in the morning, and the sound carries, even though we were requested not to do laundry after hours.

This apartment is in such a beautiful location, with all the trees and landscaping and access to the river; it is too bad that the management can't be replaced. They are probably the reason there were so many vacancies.
