Nice apartment complex. lots of trees. there were quite a few spiders due to all the trees. nice neighborhood, walk to river and grocery stores. very quite. downsides: very expensive $950 for 2br 1bath renters insurance is mandatory, smud pg&e very expensive for an apt, water sewage out of control, plus $50 depost per gate key!! my key pad code didn't work so if i didnt have my gate key or no one was home then I was locked out comples unless someone w/ a key drove off, which doesnt usually happen. Staff pretty pleasent.
