I have rented a two bedroom apartment for two years now and love it. The office and maintenance staff have always been punctual and courteous. The grounds are beautiful with all the lush greens. It is quiet, which I love. No kids running in and out of the parking lot area. Beautiful pool area. They have only raised my rent once. I came from owning my home for 15 years so this was what I thought would be a hard transition but it wasn't.
