Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2003
Lousy management and not the same management when I moved here. Mold, bugs, rats, rat droppings, dead rats in walls, condems in parking lot..the list goes on. Owners don't want to spend money for real repairs just on landscaping in the front of complex. Nothing positive about this place.
Waste of money. Manager is former Brickyard manager when it was crack city. Private owner related to manager so no consideration to tenants, if management is here which is rare.Appliances are dumped behind complex.
