I have read some of the reviews and am quite surprised. I have lived here since property use to be called Brickyard South, since before it was Brickyard Manor. I thought the manager who was here for 10 years when it became Brickyard Manor was quite good. She was hard but the place was always kept up, there was two full-time maintenance staff and friendly office staff. The manager was not "friendly" but she was always fair and she would walk property at evenings. New management never walks grounds to ensure safety - dogs are now here with dog poop everywhere. Maintenance may have been done more slowly than I liked with old manager of many years, but at least it got done with average of 4-5 days. Now, I am lucky if I can get something done in three weeks (I am not being extreme). Old manager of 10 years left before and property got bad- she returned and we began to get things done again - she left and here I am with out being able to get maintenance done. It is easier to do it myself. I have lived here since before 1988 through the bad and the good. Rent is affordable and it is not awaful, if you can do some maintenance yourself or know someone who can do it for you. Summertime is when all issues begin
