Not worth the money

We've lived at Willow Grove since 1999 and it has definitely gone downhill. The complex doesn't have great renter's assistance, it has changed hands more times that I can recall and the ammenities that they boast about are not well maintianed at all!
The grounds themselves are very pretty, but the insides of the apartments seem to vary quite a bit. A LOT of college students live in the complex and there tends to be a large number of parties and accidents, especially on Friday nights. The parking is ridiculous at best, and each apartment is only given 1 spot, no matter how many tenants.
