First the bad news:
frequent auto and apartment breakins

laundry facilities inadequate and poorly maintained

$100-$200 electric bills in summer due to underpowered A/C units (especially in apartments with western exposure)

LOUD NOISY disrespectful neighbors

Crappy "Village Media" cable system

Not dsl / broadband compatible (unless you use "village media" (and if their internet access is as reliable as their cable tv service, look forward to checking your email once a month)

Revolving door management

painfully slow maintenence

woefully inadequate parking

the office will no longer accept packages (UPS USPS) if you miss a delivery, or work during the week you are s.o.l.

resident weirdos like "wacky plant lady" "crazy cat woman" and "masher man"

south pool doubles as duck pond during nesting season (which could be a plus if you are into nature)

hot tubs often broken

if your lease expires, expect the rent to be jacked up -- again

---the good news

the grounds are pretty and well maintained

weight room recently remodeled (maybe the new owners are trying')
