This place used to be ok--nothing special, but affordable and safe with decent tenants. The landlord hit a bad stretch and started leasing apartments to anyone. Meanwhile, the same thing was happening at a complex across the street. Within four months, we had a gang presence and crime went through the roof. If your idea of a nice place to live is being scared of your lowlife neighbors and listening to teen punk crack dealers kickin it outside your window, this is the place.
