If you really want to throw away your money than this is the spot to be. Beware of very bad management (The worse), your car being broken into, abductions on the complex (that management will never tell you about) bad maintenance, trailer trash living around you as well as managing the place, roaches living in your bathroom, holes and cracks covered up by stucco... you name it the last goes on

There was a murder on the complex one time when we lived there a couple years ago..no one told us about it...we had to drive up and wait for the police lines to be cleared...couldn't park by our apartment for a couple hours...we lived in the townhome side and there's crap for parking there...we'd have to walk in the dark with our guy friends in order to get to our townhome because there wasn't any lighting..perfect target to catch someone
